Floramedia Celebrates NPS Score
The Floramedia team is celebrating after its latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82.
Having sent the survey to over 600 people, including all current customers, it’s a positive reflection of the hard work and dedication of the team.
Nick Mathias, MD, said: “It’s great to see the scores reflect the continued focus and hard work on improving products, process and customer service.
“This is the fourth time we’ve undertaken an NPS survey. Whilst we listen to our customers every day, we find it helpful to offer the chance for customers to reflect on the year for additional insight.”
Some of the areas that were highly scored by customers:
- Proactive in communication
- Offer expert advice
- Know the horticultural industry
- Are creative
- Respond quickly to my enquiries
The scores, collated by the Alpha Rainbow, are taken from direct feedback. The survey was sent to 642 people with 104 people participating. For more information about the NPS survey please contact your Account Manager.
